When you’re doing the actual typing, don’t stop to look up stuff. If you know you need a citation or a reference, type the letters TK. Medium will put a notation in the margin. Then you can go back and do them later.

Thanks, Linda. Good stuff here! I'm a rambler, too - trying to break free from that. I write my drafts in Word, so when I need a citation, I add "(link)" instead of TK. Same idea. Thanks for the great reminders!
