Paper maps: as a trained cartographer who uses GPS, I have to agree with you on this one. Nostalgia may play a role, but that whole unfolding and folding thing has had it's day.

Fax companies: Holy Crap, yes! 1000% agree! I remember when those machines first started popping up in offices. The concept was kinda cool, but they needed lots of time and only took that thin, slippery "onion" paper. Now they can't join the dinosaurs.
