If I had to choose between safety and accuracy versus productivity, I'd choose safety and accuracy every time. But that's just me, a writer who doesn't make a living putting out timely articles.
For what it's worth, I just tried Bard for the first time a few days ago and it was still lightning fast. The big difference between our approaches: I asked it to give feedback on an article draft, to see if I had missed details on my topic and if what I wrote made sense. Bard asked a few follow-up questions as a mix of conversational writing and bullet points.
My experience was not a scientific comparison by any stretch, but I felt confident and competent enough to research those last little details to flesh out my article before submitting.
Based on what I learned in your article, I don't see Bard being much competition for ChatGPT any time soon. Nicely done!
