I do have a couple questions, though:

#5 - Could you expound on "not authentic enough"? I've seen articles bemoaning the fact that people write about themselves, as if in a diary, and the article doesn't really help the reader at all. Then there are others who swear by the mantra (of sorts) saying "put yourself out there, show your vulnerability." I'd love to get your take on this conundrum.

#9 - I don't suppose there's a list of available Medium tags somewhere? Just before publishing I try to think of the best on-topic phrases and words, doing what you do to find the most popular. But I can't help thinking that I'm missing other, possibly better tags. Thoughts?

And yeah, finding a niche or two that I know well AND that people are interested in is tough. Still going.
